Windows-based FTP allows you to transfer files between your PC and servers on the Internet using a visual point and click interface.

Once connected to a server, both local and remote file directories are displayed. To tranfer files, simply highlight and use the arrow buttons in the middle to transfer in either direction. It is as easy as moving files around on your PC.

Before transfering any files, select the proper transfer method: ASCII or binary. ASCII is typicaly used for text based documents, whereas the binary file transfer methods are used for application, graphics, sound and other digital media.
